1. Order Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1-3 business days after payment confirmation.

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day.

2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Time

  • Delivery times vary depending on your location:

    • Local (within city): 1-3 business days

    • Domestic (within country): 3-7 business days

    • International: 7-14 business days (if applicable)

3. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.

  • Free shipping is available on orders over 5 suits (if applicable).

  • Additional charges such as customs duties, taxes, or import fees may apply for international orders and are the customer’s responsibility.

4. Order Tracking

  • Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS.

  • You can track your package on the courier’s website.

5. Shipping Restrictions

  • We currently ship to the following regions/countries: PAKISTAN.

  • We do not ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

6. Lost or Damaged Packages

  • If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 2 days of delivery.

  • We will work with the courier to resolve the issue and may offer a replacement or refund based on the situation.

7. Address Accuracy

  • Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate.

  • We are not responsible for delays or non-delivery caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.

8. Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • COD is available in selected locations with an additional COD fee (if applicable).

  • Ensure your contact information is correct to avoid delivery issues.
